This
building when completed will be a 7-story, 375,000 square foot, 18-courtroom,
state-of-the art justice center. The new facility will house the entire Chester
County Court of Common Pleas and all court related departments. The work includes,
but is not limited to, concrete, ornate architectural precast wall panels, cast
stone, masonry, structural steel, elevators, roofing, roof accessories, lead
coated copper flashing systems, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances,
aluminum windows, detention hollow metal doors and frames, detention hollow
metal hardware, ornate architectural woodwork, miscellaneous and ornamental
iron, hardware, glazing, security glazing, miscellaneous finishes and furnishings.
Separate prime contractors are performing the elevators, HVAC, plumbing, electrical
systems, lighting and communication/alarm/signal systems.
