This work involved renovations to a historical bus terminal within a constrained area while terminal remained operational. The work included tearing off the existing roof and replacing same with a new modified bitumen roof. The roof deck was metal.
The project also included new utility connection, selective demolition, concrete foundations, concrete floor, masonry, carpentry and millwork, glass and glazing, ceramic tile, drywall coffer ceilings, epoxy floors, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
